Rick Cattano, Owner & President, holds an unlimited NC general contractor’s license; focusing on both residential and commercial projects. Specializing in historically influenced architecture they have developed a reputation for innovative floor plans, superior craftsmanship & excellent customer service. They have received many professional awards, including 15 Parade of Homes Awards since 1998. As a recipient of the coveted Golden Achievement for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, they rank among the top 3% of builders. Only 70 of these awards are given out annually and recipients across the nation represent the crème de la crème of the homebuilding industry. They received this award for its overall performance in the Triangle area. They have also received the Builder of Integrity Award. They are a member of The National Home Builders Association, Raleigh-Wake Home Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau.

Paul Satterwhite Homes
Paul Satterwhite has been building custom homes in Wake and Chatham counties since 1990. After moving to Cary with his family in 1972 he attended school in Cary and later graduated from Cary High School in 1978. While still in high school Paul spent his summers working with custom builders in Cary and Raleigh giving him the experience to start his own exterior trim and framing company in 1984. Striving to provide his homeowner with a quality custom home of superior craftsmanship and unique architectural design, Paul is personally involved in the design of each home he builds. During plan development, Paul works one on one with the homeowner to design a home with the features the homeowner is looking for. The respect that Paul has for each home he builds shows throughout the life of the home. Homeowners continually return to Paul and say their homes get better each year they live in them. With numerous Gold and Silver awards presented to him through his entries in the Wake County Parade of Homes, Paul has become know as a true custom builder providing homes in the $250,000 to $1,000,000 plus dollar price range.
